Team Overview
In the EMEA HR Professional Services (HRPS) HR Project Management Office, you will provide support for a wide range of change initiatives. Primary responsibilities will be to support the implementation of various projects working with the Program Manager & various project managers within HRSS and HR, ensuring deadlines and issues are managed. This includes coordinating requirements, coordinating meetings & workshops with senior management, tracking risks & issues with appropriate escalation, managing a high volume of business analysis including data management, data analysis & data conversion, senior management reporting, tracking project status and also supporting the program's communications plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a HR project analyst for initiatives that may be local, regional, cross-regional, or global in nature.
  • Monitor execution plans, which include the re-engineering and/or consolidation of processes across the entire employee life cycle
  • Understand the working processes for each project and/or limitations in order to ensure workarounds are creatively utilized to meet project needs
  • Work with Project Managers to support the end-to-end execution for each Transition Plan, which includes:
  • Planning project milestones associated with project plan to ensure completion of deliverables within specific timeframes
  • Supporting the due diligence process with the HR teams or HRSS teams for the transition of HR processes.
  • Documenting the processes and procedures using the required project templates and standards, ensuring that the required reviews by the Customer, Risk and Control are completed
  • Performing the gap analysis against current and future state processes - supporting the implementation & communication plans
  • Developing the required documentation for assigned re-engineering projects
  • Support in driving sign offs on all required project documentation
Skills
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking ability, analytical skills, problem solving skills and a consistent record of on time delivery and customer service is mandatory
  • Experience of delivering change management activities
  • Ability to use reporting tools and excel to analyse and interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Logical, analytic and rationale thinking
  • Analytical and strong problem solving ability
  • Effective time management, detailed documentation, organizational skills
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structure
  • Demonstrated team player - ability to lead & coach

  • Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Has multi-tasking ability, analytical and strong problem solving skills
  • Experience working on regional projects and regional teams
  • University/College degree graduate
