The Role:
The Vice President assists in the development of new businesses and deal processes. They are expected to work on transactions that provide exposure to mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, refinancing's and leveraged buyouts.

The Vice President assists in the development of new businesses and deal processes. They are expected to work on transactions that provide exposure to mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, refinancing's and leveraged buyouts.
- Assist in leading discussions with senior client executives and target management
- Executing transactions within deal teams
- Creating and preparing client presentations to support new business development and transaction execution
- Developing, analysing, and explaining historical financial information as well as projections
- Coordinating and performing due diligence for businesses
- Preparing confidential memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations
- Valuing companies and businesses
- Relationship building and maintaining contact with current and prospective clients
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and training to Associates and Analysts
The Candidate:
- 6-12 years experience in Investment Banking/ Corporate Finance (M&A team)
- Arabic speaker would be advantageous, but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong execution experience on end to end deals (closed deal experience)
- Ability to initiate group marketing and client development efforts
- Strong work ethic, organisational skills, and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial
- Motivated, creative, outgoing and possess strong skills in financial analysis
