Join our Risk Management group as an Internal Audit Manager within the Global Markets Trading Portfolio team. You will bring an eye for detail and have a keen interest in trading risks in a financial services environment. This role is a great opportunity to gain insight into our risk and control frameworks.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of trading and financing divisions within Macquarie's Commodities and Global Markets business, associated products and supporting control functions. You will be working in small to medium sized internal audit project teams, both regional and global, to help define audit scopes and execute testing. You may also be assisting to draft internal audit findings for discussion with audit senior management, as well as ensuring adequate remediation of open internal audit issues and actions.

Collaborating with stakeholders to continuously monitor risks and partnering with the broader Risk Management Group to contribute to the continual improvement of the risk management framework will be important functions of your role.

To be successful in this role you will possess strong teamwork and relationship management skills as well as an attention to detail and investigative nature. If you are an experienced global markets/commodities risk management professional with 5+ years' relevant experience in internal or external audit, or risk management, this role will offer you the platform to build on your knowledge of control standards and key regulations in an organization that facilitates career development and growth.

While the role is based in London, you would be joining an Internal Audit team that is represented in Sydney, New York, Singapore, Hong Kong, Houston, Gurugram and Jakarta, and as such travel might be required.

Our Global Markets Trading Portfolio team offers a fantastic opportunity for aspiring auditors to work with one of our most dynamic and varied operating groups, Commodities and Global Markets.

From trading desks interacting with a global client base, to a specialized asset financing business, Commodities and Global Markets offers you the chance to develop your auditing skills in a truly dynamic environment.

If you possess relevant experience with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality outcomes, then we want to hear from you!
