The growing Real Estate team within a leading professional services business focused on asset management is seeking an Accounting Manager to look after the firm's leading portfolio of Property clients.

The successful individual will be responsible for delivering accounting services to a high standard to the property companies and real estate fund clients as well as managing the team. A technically strong and qualified individual from practice, already managing Real Estate clients, would be ideal this role.

Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for daily management of Property clients within the team, including reviewing bookkeeping and reporting efficiently and accurately for all client assets
• Producing financial statements and VAT returns, and well as liaising with external service providers such as Lawyers and Auditors
• Training and managing team members so they can perform accounting as well as secretarial tasks for client and shareholder meetings, board minutes, ensuring that statutory records and filing requirements are maintained
• Overseeing the creation and development and new client structures or entities
• Liaising with internal and external teams and being the point of contact for all technical enquires
• Overseeing completion and maintenance of KYC and Client Due Diligence Files

Key Requirements:

• Full accounting qualification, ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Experience managing the accounting for external clients and their assets
• Knowledge of Property industry is essential
• Funds experience and corporate services is desirable
• Team leadership skills
• Strong technical skills, including Excel
• High level of communication for both internal and external liaisons
