  • Responsible for the production of fund financial statements. Ensure workflow is organised and KPI's are recorded. Co-ordinate stakeholders so that FCA deadlines are adhered to. Build key relationships with those involved in the production process such as the auditors and State Street
  • Support the CTI quarterly reporting process. Agree scope with Client Services, provide our outsource providers all the portfolio data that they require and assist with BAU issues
  • Ensure the on-going quality and accuracy of regulatory reports
  • Work with operational risk and auditors to put in place a control framework
  • Train and support team members to increase level of reporting expertise
  • Look for ways to improve productivity and increase accuracy by analysing systematic issues to feedback into the production process
  • Liaise with colleagues globally to help harmonise processes and increase efficiencies
  • Adheres to operational procedures and demonstrates a thorough understanding of the department's responsibilities. Continuous review and revision of procedures in line with workflow requirements
  • Support existing team to produce new regulatory reports within agreed deadlines and regulatory timeframes
  • Lead and/or support reporting related projects

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant experience in Business/ Financial Services Industry
  • Experience within Investment Management would be desirable
  • Previous client reporting experience essential
  • 3yrs+ financial reporting experience desirable

Knowledge and Skills
  • High level of literacy & numeracy and an extensive knowledge of standard applications such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Proven organisational skills - ability to multitask, set priorities, manage deadlines and business needs
  • Attention to detail - previous experience in reporting roles advantageous
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
