Responsibilities
  • Manage appropriate resources in the creation, compliance review, production and dissemination of agreed ESG marketing and communications output. Output could include, but is not limited to, marketing brochures, videos, presentation decks, webinars, paid media, content, email promotions and newsletters.
  • Help support the management and delivery of quality proprietary and third-party Global ESG events including marketing collateral, giveaways and metrics, working with our events teams as appropriate.
  • Partner with regional/segment ESG marketers as required to ensure ESG messaging is consistently applied to local marketing materials / promotions.
  • Proactively highlight opportunities for regional / segment marketers to support promotional ESG activity.
  • Monitor ESG web pages (globally) to ensure opportunities are maximized and materials and content remain up to date. This includes trafficking content for internal and external use.
  • Help measure and report on the success of activities undertaken
  • Coordinate production of our Quarterly Global ESG Newsletter - for all employees
  • Coordinate weekly updates to ESG leadership team
  • Assist with preparing ad hoc presentations and business updates on ESG activity as needed
  • Coordinate the reporting / metrics of all ESG marketing efforts working with Marketing Enablement
  • Help prepare quarterly ESG reporting dashboards. Seek ways to improve reporting quarter on quarter.
  • Build out ESG activity overview document, liaising with regional / segment marketing .
  • Implements marketing plans for assigned capabilities and product(s). Works closely with other members of the product marketing teams, sales, and representatives from the product group and investments.
  • Contributes information, data, and/or metrics to the evaluation of recommendations for product focus priorities.

Required Skillset
  • Candidates who are used to working in a culture that is highly collaborative, matrixed, and international
  • Demonstrable interest in / experience of ESG issues
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn about current trends relating to ESG, particularly in the institutional and intermediary marketplaces in EMEA
  • A self-starter who can take initiative and ownership
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects
  • Detail oriented and deadline focused with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
