Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a 'trading pod' at one of the world's most prestigious hedge funds. A small PM team of 10, trading Fixed Income / Rates across a balanced systematic/discretionary strategy, they are a process-driven team that uses robust frameworks and data to enable you to use your gut.
And that's where you come in: as a risk-taker. You'll need to have outstanding communication skills, as you'll work closely and continuously with the team, other traders and the Street. This role requires significant independent research within problems that can sometimes be well-defined and sometimes extremely open.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a passion for what you do and the collaborative mindset required for working within a small team.
Skills and Experience Required
