It is a highly entrepreneurial business, with a mission-driven investment team based in London. They are now looking to bring on board an experienced Investor Relations Manager/Principal to work closely alongside the partners and establish their IR function.

They are now looking to bring on board an experienced Investor Relations Manager/Principal to work closely alongside the partners and establish their IR function.
What the job involves
- Investor outreach to new and existing investors and on-going engagement through regular reports, answering queries and updates
- Building an investor outreach plan and ensuring its implementation alongside the partners: research, outreach and relationship building
- Fundraising: Project manage fundraises, prepare pitching and diligence materials, drive the investor outreach, manage diligence processes, follow ups and onboarding
- Co-investment programme: Project manage co-investment syndication, sourcing investment partners (both existing LPs as well as new external ones) and acting as the liaison with the investment team, ensuring timely completion of diligence and commitment
- Communications: Increase brand awareness, liaise with communication agencies for deal announcements and general PR
- Educated to degree level with relevant investor relations/placement agent experience within private markets
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills, able to build rapport with internal stakeholders and investors alike
- Hands-on, disciplined approach and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Immaculate attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial mindset and forward-thinking approach
- A demonstrable personal interest for environmental and societal impact
- Additional European language such as French or Dutch would be advantageous but not essential
