Finance Analyst

Description
This opportunity will offer a broad remit across all aspects of fund finance at both a fund & investment level, with a strong emphasis towards supporting the deals team. The finance team has a lean structure, consequently the successful appointee will work closely with the senior members of the finance team, gaining an excellent introduction to fund accounting.

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the Financial Controller to provide financial and management information.
• Assisting with the quarterly and annual reports.
• Working with the investment team to review investment IMs / cashflows.
• Preparation of ad-hoc reporting to Investors and supporting the Investment Team.
• Liaising with third party managing agents.

Skills
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with an ACA/ACCA coming from either an audit or FS background. The successful candidate will demonstrate a desire to start a career within Private Equity and undertake a broad and hands-on role. You must have a strong academic track record, good verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
