Property & Data Reporting, Senior Analyst

Our client is a leading Investment Bank. Situated within Commercial Real Estate, the individual will be part of a small team responsible for internal/external reporting, data analytics, data quality & system infrastructure improvements and coordination of data flows between Asset Management teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Senior Analyst in the team, running the regular reporting cycles and internal data management processes.
• Work closely with counterparties in managing a loan portfolio in the Real Estate space
• Produce reports and manage data outflows
• Deal management and client liaison support
• Assessing compliance with documentation.
• Review financial models

Skills

• 4+ years recent Real Estate experience
• Cashflow modelling (Strong excel skills)
• Data reporting and data manipulation knowledge
