The role, part of our Special Situations Transactions division comprising five professionals, will cover complex transactions across Europe, including amongst others large pan-European portfolios, alternative asset classes (e.g., life science, data centres), operating platform acquisitions as well as support of the local Transactions teams on an ad-hoc basis, primarily in the UK.

Key Accountabilities
  • Prepare investment analysis, including conducting financial modelling at real estate and corporate levels and performing market studies to support investment decisions
  • Prepare Investment Committee materials and presentations
  • Active contribution to the due diligence process, including supporting the co-ordination of all external and internal stakeholders, all the way to the closing of the transactions
  • Key focus on the financial, tax structuring, and legal aspects of complex real assets transactions in addition to traditional commercial and real estate due diligence
  • Key contributor to a range of transversal transactions projects, and other tasks and projects as assigned from time to time

Education/Qualifications
  • Postgraduate studies in Finance, Management, or Real Estate

Experience
  • Ideally 1-2 years of experience in investment banking and / or real estate, preferably experience in transactions, or in a consultant / advisory role

Knowledge and Skills
  • Knowledge of real estate market is desired
  • Financial modelling experience and strong IT skills
  • High degree of analytical thinking / problem-solving ability
  • Motivated individual and team player
  • Fluency in English and in another European language
