Senior Operations Analyst - Rapidly Expanding Hedge Fund

Reporting to the head of ops, you will be tasked with running the day-to-day ops cycle, thus, this role will be ideal for someone with 3+ years' experience, preferably buyside. Direct experience of T0 ops and T+1 recs is a must. Whilst the fund is still in its infancy, this hire will need to be flexible enough to work in ad-hoc areas such as fund accounting, investor reporting etc. You must be comfortable working in a small company environment where accountability is a priority, along with a strong control mindset.

There is long-term potential to this opportunity. Though not guaranteed, senior development is a possibility in this seat, depending on fund and individual performance.

Comp will be according to experience and suitability, however, the stakeholders are from a background where top performing staff under them have been paid very well.
