A top London-based Wealth Management company is looking for a contract Business Change Business Analyst to work on a high-profile piece of work.

This will be working in the Business Change department to help with the major changeover of a company-wide system. It will involve structured BA work, working closely with the Business-Readiness team, so will involve helping the business through all changes - before, during and after.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working with business and technical stakeholders to analyse 'as is' and 'to be' states, process models, data flows and data.
  • Working with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, document and verify requirements.
  • Using methodologies, tools and documentation appropriate to the project or programme (such as using agile/scrum or waterfall, use of User Stories or Use Cases, Business Requirements Document, etc)
  • Working within the team to ensure solutions are appropriate.
  • Supporting the implementation of solutions through communication with stakeholders, involvement in business testing, and participation in business and technical readiness activities
  • Identifying, analysing and documenting change requests, ensuring that change is managed appropriately.
  • Business process improvement


Required:
  • Good business-focused BA experience
  • Wealth Management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Ideal:
  • Structured approach (process mapping / as-is, to-be / UML / BPMN etc)
  • Avaloq exposure
