About our client
Our client, a leading private equity fund, are looking to hire a HR Analyst into their London-based people team. The company manage a broad variety of investments, including infrastructure, energy, and direct private equity. With around 40 years of experience, the firm are well-established and currently have over £10bn assets under management. The firm has an international scope with offices across the UK and Europe.
What the job involves
As HR Analyst you will play a crucial role in assisting on all HR initiatives alongside the Head of HR and the broader people team. You will be responsible for covering a wide remit on a daily basis providing administrative and operational HR support to all areas of the business. You will immediately be afforded plenty of responsibility within the role and the position features a clearly outlined career path.
  • Responsible for recruitment projects and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Assist with generating reports and drafting training contracts
  • Provide support to the HR team on projects such as Inclusion and Diversity and ESG Committees
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Update and maintain employee databases
  • Support the HR team with the annual roll out of appraisal and salary review processes
  • Ad-hoc administrative and scheduling support as required
Who we are looking for
  • A bright and proactive graduate with a passion for HR and talent
  • A degree in Human Resources or related subjects would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Competent with the use of Microsoft Excel and data
  • A team player who is willing to work independently when required
  • Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
