A global leader in delivering fund and corporate services, are currently searching for a Fund Accounting Manager. In this role, you will play a critical role in the success of our business and report directly to the Associate Director, Fund Services. Responsible for overseeing the administration of a portfolio of fund accounting clients who are primarily private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds or special purpose vehicles.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Management - Ensure a consistent, high-level of client service delivery across client portfolios
  • People Management - Ensure that the team is supervised, directed and engaged in day-to-day work
  • Operational Development - Work with the team to ensure procedures and controls are consistently adhered to
  • Business Development - Assist management in building the fund accounting service offering in the UK by contributing to proposal-drafting, fee estimations and resource considerations

Skills Required:
  • ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified
  • Have 5+ years of relevant working experience in fund services and at least 2 years of experience as people leader
  • Accurate, flexible, hands-on and deliver top quality work to tight deadlines
  • Have a commercial outlook and an appreciation of the importance of risk, compliance and regulation
  • Have proven people leader skills with a focus on enabling staff individually to reach full potential as well as the team as a whole
