Global Corporate and Fund services business for Private Equity, infrastructure and Real Estate require a Senior Corporate Accounting Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of Real Estate clients and running a team.
Your new role
Responsible for day to day management of a portfolio of clients made up of UK Real Estate companies, LLPs and LPs, overseeing preparation of financial statements for asset holding & financing companies under IFRS, providing technical guidance to the team, assisting in the preparation of VAT returns and ensuring filing, liaising with lawyers, property managers, and auditors, managing a Corporate Services team, planning for board and shareholder meetings, producing minutes, maintaining statutory records and complying with all filing requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
Technically strong Qualified Accountant with some years PQE, experience of accounting for Asset holding companies preferably with Real Estate Assets but will consider other asset classes such as Private Equity gained within Practice or another third-party administrator.
