Our London and New York offices are experiencing rapid growth, with soon to be 100 colleagues and forecast to expand four-fold over the next three years. We've established a permanent presence in Europe and are building our profile in key markets as we expand our global investment portfolio.

Due to this expansion, it is important for the Fund to have a Senior Change Manager to lead and navigate change across international offices, London and New York. As the leading Project Manager, you'll be responsible for;
  • embedding change,
  • working across the Fund's different platforms
  • encouraging the change agenda, and
  • navigating it as we grow.


Your Department, Role & Office:

Our Fund Services group ensures the Fund's considerable financial, commercial, legal; investments and operational activities are timely and accurate. Dedicated to continuous improvement, it is a team led by managers who advocate for their people, are open and approachable and who share their knowledge. Our shared purpose is singular and clear. As Senior Change Manager, reporting to our Head of Funds Service, International, you would be responsible for delivering change management expertise in support of the Fund's International project portfolio. The scope will be extremely broad given this is a new functional capability for the international offices.

Within the Department, you'll work with highly receptive teams to;
  • Develop and deliver change management approaches and plans
  • Be the instrumental support for change and project implementation needs
  • Work with a broad range of internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate, integrate, schedule and track progress of change management activities
  • Track and monitor progress of change via relevant metrics

Our London office is based at Pancras Square in Kings Cross, which is part of the Kings Cross redevelopment project, one of the core assets of our investment portfolio.

Currently the office also has growing teams in Investments (Real Assets, Capital Markets, FICC), Funds Services (Legal Investments & Corporate, Tax investments, Investment Compliance, Investment Operations, Finance & Payroll, and Technology), People and Culture, and Group Risk.

You'll need:
  • Significant experience and knowledge as Senior Change/Project Manager within Financial Services or Asset Management
  • Qualification in project management (Prince 2/Agile etc)
  • Seniority and experience of managing/building a team
  • Proven record of driving and escalating change and implementation across multiple departments
  • Exposure developing & delivering new change strategies in an international business
  • Hands on approach, owning and running projects for large scale growth
  • Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation skills
  • Significant experience working with external and internal stakeholders
