We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to:

  • manage a portfolio of high-profile projects ranging from regulatory deliverables to strategic business initiatives
  • run AM governance processes across EMEA and implement further enhancements where required
  • coordinate AM EMEA management team meetings and support preparation for various UK Management Committees/Forums and Boards of Directors
  • collaborate closely with AM client-facing staff as well as central functions across EMEA


Your team:

You will be working in the AM UK/EMEA Business Management team in London. Our team provides support to the AM UK Country Head and AM EMEA Regional Head and their management committees/teams. As a business manager, you will play an important role in making sure we effectively manage our business by planning and implementing strategic projects, compiling management reports and business plans. Your team is comprised of 4 people located in London and culturally very diverse. The team is small, powerful and diverse and combines experience from across the bank with different languages and cultures to cover AM's footprint in 9 different markets across EMEA. We have exposure to senior stakeholders across all of the AM functions and so is a fantastic opportunity to gain a broad understanding of AM as a division.

Your expertise:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience in either business management, management consulting or financial services
  • Previous experience in delivering business critical / regulatory initiatives or in related governance roles (ideally has experience in multiple areas within UBS)
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills including ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Strategic mind-set, keen to take full ownership and deliver high quality results while working accurately under pressure
  • Driven, flexible, pro-active and motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must including excellent ability to collaboratively engage and manage stakeholders from various functions and levels of the organization
  • Fluent in English for both verbal and written communication. Second language is a plus
  • Advance knowledge of MS-Office applications
