What the job involves
- The successful candidate will get involved in all stages of the transaction process, including writing investment memorandums, LBO modelling and due diligence
- Take specific responsibility for workstreams, and run parts of a transaction
- Work actively with the portfolio post-acquisition
- Likely a qualified accountant with experience in transaction services or corporate finance, with confidence in financial modelling
- An entrepreneurial streak, with a highly developed commercial understanding
- Ambition and drive for investments into the UK Mid-Market, with a forward-thinking approach for their success
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
