Description
The appointee will oversee a large team, with two direct reports, who will line manage small teams each. As Group Finance Director, the CFO will need you to coordinate, plan, manage and lead the team. Moreover, the CFO would like the Group Finance Director to introduce more rigour to the current, processes and reporting. The finance function is in a productive, serviceable state but there is an opportunity to create efficiencies, ensure errors or inconsistencies are spotted earlier and, in short, to create more time for the CFO and Group Finance Director to focus on the value-add, as opposed to review.
Skills
The appointee must be an experienced Financial Controller or Finance Director who's spent their career in the investment management sector.
