Details of the Role:
Candidate Requirments:
- Lead the day to day credit analysis of new transactions and oversee a consistent approach to assessing transactions across the secure income business including; long income property, property lending and renewables
- Responsible for ensuring the continued financial and credit reviews of existing exposures including attending tenant and / or borrower meetings
- Responsible for ensuring regular reviews of existing sector exposures and leading research initiatives into new sectors
- Lead on internal credit committees for tenant, borrower and sector exposures for new transactions and monitoring updates
- Working with capital raising team to support the development of relationships with investors and their advisers as a subject matter expert
Candidate Requirments:
- Experienced credit background with a good understanding of sub investment grade covenants and structured finance
- Ideally experience of illiquid / real estate long income transactions
- Previous experience of overseeing a team of analysts and associates
- Knowledge of real estate or the DB pensions industry or insurance industry would be beneficial but is not essential
