My client, a leading investment research and advisory group, is looking to hire for a senior sales manager/director to perform a key role in the business development and sales effort across Europe. This is a hybrid role working in the London head office and from home with occassional international travel.
This is a UK based role, and the successful candidate will be required to determine client's needs through a solution based selling approach and successfully meet and exceed individual targets. This broad and exciting opportunity will include managing relationships with corporate clients; ensuring that service delivery is in line with expectations, enhance service provision and enhance the firm's overall client experience. The individual will utilise his/her relevant background in executive level communication to build out referral networks and partner relationships.
The role reports into the MD for Sales and is responsible for creating and managing sales opportunities through networking, prospecting, client meetings and regular follow ups. Applicants must demonstrate a clear strategic approach to sales, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to gain respect of C suite management and external executives and an uderstanding of capital markets, ideally with experience of selling a product into the marketplace.
