About the role
We're looking for a Risk Event Incident & Reporting Coordinator to manage the timely recording, escalation and remediation of risk events and other operational losses, working within the Chief Controls Office. The Risk Event Incident & Reporting Coordinator will ensure actions are tracked to appropriate resolution, identify themes and trends around risk events and interface with 2nd and 3rd Line Colleagues where appropriate.

About the role
We're looking for a Risk Event Incident & Reporting Coordinator to manage the timely recording, escalation and remediation of risk events and other operational losses, working within the Chief Controls Office. The Risk Event Incident & Reporting Coordinator will ensure actions are tracked to appropriate resolution, identify themes and trends around risk events and interface with 2nd and 3rd Line Colleagues where appropriate.
What you'll be doing
- Responsible for ensuring the Incident Management framework is adhered to in order to meet regulatory and legislative requirements
- Managing escalation and notification of risk events with senior leadership and colleagues
- Responsible for the collation and analysis of data from Metricstream and elsewhere as appropriate to produce clear and concise management information, including trend analysis for the appropriate stakeholders
- Maintaining oversight of the Incident Management process, to ensure high quality responses and governance is adhered to
- Own the root cause analysis, investigation and reporting of Dealing Errors and Operational losses
- Lead the development of 1st Line Risk Reporting of loss events within the Control Office
- Supporting with the collation of Management Information for monthly Forums and Committees
- Chairing regular meetings with key internal stakeholders, Digital and other interested parties to analyse and prioritise issues requiring resolving
- Supporting the Root Cause Analysis process with the Business Risk & Control Managers
About you
- Good understanding of risks and controls and a basic understanding of risk events and how they should be managed
- Planning and organisation with ability to self-prioritise workload
- Good technical understanding / knowledge of Funds and Platforms
- Willingness to multi-task and be able to pivot based on changing priorities and incidents which arise
- Strong presentation and oral communication skills
