The role will be focused on supporting the sales distribution effort of our investment products across Europe. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the delivery of major projects which have an impact on the successful implementation of our distribution strategy.

The goal of this role is to deliver effective digital marketing efforts to drive engagement from our target audience, creating demand for our products through the delivery of timely and effective communications. This role is responsible for developing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services.

The person in this role will be required to lead the strategy development and successful execution of best-in-class digital design, content production, and MarTech management with a deep focus on analytics and customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Proficient in Marketo; building emails, landing pages, smart campaigns, and data cleansing. Working together with the Head of IT & Operations to optimise Marketo and CRM as needed.
  • Own the Marketo relationship and support the wider business on any queries and issues.
  • Use Marketo data to understand how to improve the user experience and functionality of the FTGP website.
  • Support the sales team in carrying out the creation and distribution of HTML email campaigns via Marketo, ensuring that all processes including GDPR are adhered to.
  • Responsible for managing the website and implementing the digital strategy, ensuring content is up to date, not in breach of any financial regulations and SEO is being utilized across key pages.
  • Work with the marketing team to create a strategy to promote FTGP funds and events via our website, emails and social channels.
  • Run the FTGP event digital strategy, working closely with the Events Manager to promote all our digital and in-person events on the website and social media. Support the Events manager with digital assets (new landing pages and email templates) as needed.
  • Be agile and proactive, utilising agencies to support email marketing activity, fund launches, landing pages and all channel optimisation.
  • Take a lead on analysing webpage and email data to suggest and execute enhancements and improvements.
  • Support the marketing team to plan and create content for our corporate social media channel, ensuring content is in line with our internal social media guidance.
  • Project manage and assist in the delivery and design of digital campaign assets as needed. This includes but is not limited to campaign pages, social content, video, audio and email.
  • Ability to optimise written content across digital channels for on-screen readability and SEO.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills - interpreting and leveraging data insights for constantly enhancing customer experience in three verticals: design, content and data/intelligence.

Requirements :

  • Graduate with 5-7 years' experience in digital marketing (ideally in asset management or financial services).
  • Essential to be proficient in Marketo (Marketo Expert certification preferable but not essential)
  • Experience of utilising social channels especially LinkedIn as part of a wider campaign (paid or not)
  • Good understanding of SEO principles when presented with raw copy and applying these to create engaging digital content.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience on delivering end-to-end customer experience across stages, channels and touchpoints in the customer journey.
  • The role requires a disciplined self-starter, who has a strategic and pro-active approach.
  • Experience in developing messaging for digital marketing activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with solid experience of digital marketing
  • Preference for working in a small team within an agile and fast-paced environment; able to respond to changing needs and priorities enthusiastically and effectively
