  • Support the senior members of the team with negotiations.
  • Prepare Investment Committee presentations and memorandums and support in presenting to the IC.
  • Support senior members of the team to originate deals through regularly liaising with bankers & industry professionals to generate and analyse leads.
  • Regularly interact with senior management of portfolio companies to develop and implement strategies and operational improvements to add value.
  • Provide training to junior members of the team as and when needed.

Interested candidates must:
  • Be currently sitting in an Associate or equivalent position in the Infrastructure Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Team of an investment bank or fund.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the infrastructure market with proven M&A or principal investment deal experience.

  • Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to interact and liaise with all levels of management internally and externally.

  • Highly motivated and a self-starter.
