FIG/M&A - Associate & VP

My client, a Mid-Market International Investment Bank, is searching for Associates and VPs to join their growing FIG M&A team, with a focus on wealth and asset management!

You will potentially be joining a lean team, in a dynamic organisation with tons of opportunities for growth!

Responsibilities include:

• DCF and valuation. Preferred: LBO modelling and merger modelling
• Drafting client materials and marketing materials: preparing teasers and information memoranda, design and structure of presentations and report writing
• Research: conducting research and analysis for pitches/live deals
• Client and advisor management: involved with daily client management, meetings/presentations, liaising with lawyers/advisers
• Supported by two dedicated Analysts - team management and teaching of these junior bankers

You must demonstrate:

• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skillset
• Technical competency - valuation (DCF and market approaches)
• Ability to produce excellent written materials
• Attention to detail is critical
• An interest in FIG especially in wealth and asset management
