The successful candidate will:
  • Act as a trusted advisor and build strong relationships with key stakeholders including investment manager principals, and the sales and legal teams. Providing guidance and support across all marketing activity.
  • Have an entrepreneurial and innovative approach to drive and assist with the growth of the European business.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of affiliate marketing materials as needed, including product flyers, presentations, website and social media content, campaign and event materials and webinars.
  • Develop end-to-end marketing projects including campaigns, creating and maintaining brand identity, events and other initiatives which support the business sales targets through various distribution channels.
  • Generate comprehensive and effective briefs for external suppliers and manage relationships with agencies.
  • Build a strong relationship with the PR agency and work with them to align marketing and PR strategies for the investment managers.
  • Ensure strict compliance procedures are applied during the development of all communications, manage marketing sign-off procedures, and keep up-to-date audit files
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and branding for the individual investment managers
  • Analyse and evaluate all marketing activities to measure effectiveness and ROI.

Experience & qualifications required
  • 5+ years' strategic marketing experience in investment management
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • A sound understanding of institutional and wholesale financial markets
  • Experience managing investment-related marketing material
  • Demonstrated ability in building mutually beneficial relationships and the ability to manage relationships at an executive level
  • Autonomy to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with campaign development including email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and marketing analytics
