As a Product Analyst you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure that solution operates effectively. The role is responsible for supporting and configuring system functionality and/or trouble shooting, system analysis, supporting and providing system design, assisting with user-testing and documenting business processes / procedures in partnership with business functions.

As part of a vertically integrated business, you will be involved in a number of Quilter wide Business and IT transformation initiatives, delivering change onto our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform. You will play a role in building out our digital capability driving growth and efficiency and delivering improvements in our operating margin. Embedding ESG tools and propositions will be a key focus as well as bringing new technology and features to market which will allow our customers to feel more secure about the financial future and help advisers run more successful advice businesses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 change within Quilter as well as providing 1st line support for the platform.

Formulating and defining system scope and objectives, based on end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems, applications, and industry requirements is crucial.

You will be responsible for configuring Microsoft Dynamics, providing support, troubleshooting, tracking incidents and requests and ensure the platform meets Quilter's business units requirements.

You will utilise best practice and frameworks such as ITIL while working on incident and problem management and support integrations to other applications and platforms.

You will develop and maintain documentation of system configuration and operational procedures as well as procedural guides and knowledge base articles for team and customer use.

The successful candidate will be experienced in Product or Business Systems Analysis working across the software development lifecycle.

You will also have the capability to work in an Agile or DevOps environment.

You will have an analytical mind set, able to use data and metrics to drive actions and embrace change and initiates new and better ways of working to deliver positive customer outcomes.

Communication, at all levels, both in written and verbal form as well as excellent stakeholder engagement capability with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail will also be essential.

You will also have the skills to work with 'virtual' teams, cross function, cross business, and geographies.
