Job Purpose Statement

Where you'll fit in & what our team goals are....

We're looking for an Associate within the Private Equity team providing research in support of investment activity and business development initiatives. An analytical function providing input into client reports, presentations, and new investment opportunities.

Role Responsibilities

How you'll spend your time....
  • Providing accurate and insightful analysis and research
  • Helping to conduct due diligence and prepare relevant investment papers
  • Building investment expertise and market knowledge including mapping of any areas of geographic / sector coverage assigned
  • Assist in providing accurate and timely reporting to clients and other third parties:
  • Become familiar with existing reporting procedures and analysis
  • Prepare valuations and reports on existing portfolio holdings
  • Assist in preparing fund presentations
  • Assist with fundraising and specific projects to help the team achieve targeted growth of funds under management


Key Capabilities

To be successful in this role you will have... .
  • University graduate with proven professional experience
  • Ideally qualified/part qualified Accountant, CFA (or equivalent) or existing private equity experience
