Key Responsibilities
Required Experience
- Write customised, persuasive, and high-quality responses to RFPs and DDQs whilst meeting tight deadlines
- Create and maintain qualitative sections of various investment consultant databases and Standard RFIs
- Contribute to the information management process (e.g., maintaining the RFP content management system and tending to an array of statistics and standard information that serve as a basis for the answering of RFPs)
- Ensure effective cooperation with the numerous internal stakeholders (Management, Distribution, Product Specialists, Subject Matter Experts, etc.)
- Share ideas and collaborate with global counterparts and the Content Managers to help drive continuous improvement of the team's efficiency, process, and overall contribution to the business
Required Experience
- University degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a comparable experience
- Excellent project management skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and to meet tight deadlines. In addition, you have a strong attention to detail and are committed to excellence
- Pronounced expertise in sustainable investments, e.g., Certificate in ESG Investing
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and content library software, ideally Qvidian.
- Ability to interact effectively across multiple cultures and at all levels of seniority
