This is an incredibly rare opportunity for an elite developer, looking to work on a critical business focused initiative which will shape the future of this highly regarded hedge fund. As well as a strong C# .Net skillset, candidates must be strong communicators, able to continually collaborate with portfolio managers/traders and C-Suite executives.

The technology team is lean and has a culture that encourages interaction across all areas of the business on a global scale, so full-stack C# .Net developers with experience working on cross-asset trading systems would be highly desirable.

The new hire will be enthusiastic and highly motivated and will be an exceptional object-oriented developer (preferably with a C# .Net background). Additionally, the hire will have SQL server and data analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of object-oriented programming, computing fundamentals, and data structures.

This is a great opportunity to join a prestigious fund in a global and innovative team and receive a highly competitive compensation package. Candidates are encouraged to demonstrate a passion for technology and are actively encouraged to expand their skillsets by utilizing annual bursaries (up to £5,000) on a CFA, or course related to Python, C++, React, Java, Scala, F#, Kafka, Flink, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker etc.

The successful incumbents are often rewarded with packages in excess of £300,000 per annum. We look for candidates with previous Hedge Fund experience, but would equally consider individuals from leading fintech companies, FAANG institutions, or some quantitative focused financial services companies.
