Strategy and Transformation Internship

Gain insight into analysing problems and executing solutions that change the bank to improve customer experience, embed sustainability and drive digitalisation across our Commercial and Global Banking businesses.

You'll join one of our teams in Strategic Transformation, Digital Change, Customer Experience, Business Process Reengineering, Innovation, or one of the core departments of the Chief Operating Office like Sustainability, Regulatory Control, or Trade Transformation.
You'll be assigned a project to manage on your own or with other interns. Your project may be to develop a social media strategy for the department, investigating ways to improve a process, or conducting research to better position a product. This will be your opportunity to showcase what you've learned during the internship and will form part of your assessment.
You'll collaborate with senior leaders and colleagues to contribute to real business challenges and activities.
You'll apply your analytical skills across a variety of situations to understand root cause analysis for business problems, define business outcomes and how to achieve them, as well as drive key change initiatives.
Those who excel will be considered for our Strategy and Transformation Graduate Programme , where you will have the opportunity to build an international network and collaborate with clients in developed and developing markets.
