About the role

NFU Mutual's successful Pricing Department have newly created opportunities for experienced Pricing Analysts to join the team as part of our growth plans. As a Principal Analyst, you will be actively involved with setting up our customer prices across our diverse portfolio of personal lines products. You will conduct pricing analysis, looking at feasibility of end price and market conditions and you will constantly seek ways of improvement.

Through utilising specialist statistical pricing techniques, software skills and industry experience you will add to enhancing of the team's technical capability and will help ensure the effective development and delivery of fair and accurate prices for our customers.

About you

We are seeking Principal Pricing Analysts who share our passion for delivering fair and accurate prices to our customers. You will have a strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and excellent analytical skills alongside prior experience of working within a General Insurance Pricing function.

We also hope that you would be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Ability to interpret complex data and draw sound business recommendations
  • Ability to effectively present complex information to non-technical audiences
  • Experience building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to independently manage your workload at the same time being an efficient team collaborator.

Experience of using Willis Towers Watson's Radar suite is preferable but not essential and will only add to an already impressive CV.
