Our client is a massive Property investment platform, seeking a Financial Controller to become part of a growing, multi-faceted finance team.

The Real Estate investor have maintained relationships across all asset classes of the Property sector, and are ideally seeking a passionate, newly qualified individual, to uphold their prestigious reputation within the Property space.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain high quality reporting packs for Real Estate clients, including consolidations, financial statements and statutory accounts
• Assisting with budgets, forecasts, variance and risk analysis
• Liaising consistently with the Investment Team regarding the production of reporting packs and investor reports, as well as contributing to the oversight of some property investments
• Effective organisation of all standard reporting under relevant requirements, including UK GAAP and IFRS
• Communicating with external parties, including auditors among other service providers, to effectively complete all financial statements
• Responding to any ad-hoc queries

Key Requirements

• ACA/ACCA newly qualified, either from an accounting practice or with some exposure in industry
• Property experience, either from Real Estate clients in practice or in industry, is essential
• Strong technical skillset, particularly using Excel
