DevOps Engineer - Systematic Hedge Fund

You will be working closely with quant researchers and developers, enabling them to do their best work and and to make sure that their production code runs reliably and efficiently. As a DevOps engineer you will be working on the way we deploy Python applications and packages, supporting and improving our client's research environment and work with the infrastructure and research teams to enable large-scale research tasks to be run in AWS. This is an opportunity to work within an investment team to build out a new performant and highly scalable Linux cloud-based investment platform.

Your experience:

• 2-4 years in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of Python, good knowledge of Pytest is a big plus
• Understanding and hands on experience with CI solutions (Jenkins, etc.)
• Good working knowledge of Linux and Docker
• Kubernetes, AWS (S3 and EKS)
• Good communication skills are essential as this role involves involve frequent interactions with researchers, QDs and other teams
