Our Team
Bloomberg Connects is a rapidly-growing, free app that lets users access museums, galleries, and cultural spaces around the world - anytime, anywhere. Launched in November 2019, the app features engaging, multi-media guides with insightful and unique content exclusive to each of our 100+ partners such as The Met, Tate, The Guggenheim, MoMA PS1, Serpentine Galleries, and many more. The venture is a collaboration between Bloomberg LP and Bloomberg Philanthropies and aims to broaden access to arts and culture worldwide.

What's The Role?
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a strategic, hands-on digital marketer to build and manage our digital marketing strategy, including paid campaigns, SEO and email marketing for Bloomberg Connects, driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and advocacy. The ideal candidate will be curious, data- and results-driven, have the ability to think strategically while also operating on a tactical level, and serve as a subject matter expert in all things mobile/digital and audience/performance marketing.

We'll Trust You To:
  • Build an omnichannel paid strategy and own the development of paid campaigns that drive acquisition, retention and engagement across all channels (i.e. social, search, ASA, SEO, programmatic, mobile/app, video, emerging, etc.)
  • Utilize marketing tools (Google Analytics, Branch, Braze) and partner with our analyst to develop campaign insights to understand consumer behavior, examining the performance of each touchpoint across the entire consumer journey and acting on insights to optimize marketing
  • Build segmentation strategies to target key demographics based on behavioral and engagement data
  • Manage channel performance and analyze key metrics including cost to acquire, quality of the traffic by source, and return on ad spend.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on the marketing, social, creative, product, and analytics teams to implement best practices using performance marketing results to inform decisions
  • Own the relationship with external agencies, onboarding these partners and facilitating in the planning and execution of paid campaigns
  • Manage audiences, creatives, budget, and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency for paid programs
  • Ensure compliance with global security and privacy regulations across all campaigns/consumer outreach

You'll Need To Have:
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant mobile/digital work and experience developing lifecycle/CRM programs
  • Proven results in digital/mobile growth marketing across paid channels, experience in A/B testing, and budget allocation and management
  • Experience working with mobile technology partners such as Branch, Braze, etc. and technical knowledge of attribution, tracking, deep-linking, etc.
  • Track record of effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong understanding of product analytics tools and the utilization of quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy and prioritization
