A top London-based Wealth Management company is looking for a contract Business Change Business Analyst with good Regulatory Change experience. (Regulatory implementation, MiFID2, SFTR, PRIIPS)

This will be working in the Change and Transformation department which has central oversight, coordination and overall delivery responsibility for major global Operating Model, People and Regulatory transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering operational model process flows and activity diagrams, including as-is, and to be.
  • Performing process mapping, impact analysis, system impact and understanding business strategy.
  • Creating and documenting business cases and ensuring they are documented and managed through the project lifecycle, as well as ensuring relevant risk and governance measures are adhered to. This includes escalating and evaluating defects, issues and managing accordingly.
  • Being responsible for traceability from project objectives through to delivered change including creation of test plans/scripts
  • Working with high end stakeholders, understanding and gathering the key business and technical requirements and translating them efficiently, driving and managing the agreements.

Required:
  • Good Business Analyst / Business Analysis experience
  • Wealth Management / Asset Management experience
  • Regulatory Change experience (MiFID2 / MiFID II, SFTR, PRIIPS, AiFID, SMCR etc)
  • Strong Business Change experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
