Your responsibilities will include:
  • preparing strategic and financial results and planning information and presentations (including underlying calculations, and trend analysis) for reporting to the market including analysts, current investors and prospective investors;
  • preparing supporting calculations, documentation and information for a variety of corporate projects and activities;
  • other IR function activities - including a regular company compiled consensus, and analysis of internal and external financial and operational information and data for the IHP Group.

We are looking for someone highly numerate, with the ability to build and review financial models, financial projections/plans, and to perform financial analysis. You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and you should be good at presenting information and data in both MS Excel and Powerpoint.

You should be highly motivated with drive, determination and attention to detail. You should be able to work independently and use your initiative to deliver high quality results in a pressurised environment to tight deadlines.

You should have a strong academic background and we would ask you to undertake and complete the Chartered Financial Analyst qualification (which we would sponsor) as part of the role.

About Us

Established in 2000, we have over £53.5 billion of funds under direction (as at March 2022) on behalf of over 6,600 advisers and 218,000 investor clients. Our service includes an online platform, owned and built by us, and dedicated regional adviser support to help bring clients' assets and investments together in a smarter, more tax efficient way. We offer access to a wide range of tax wrappers (including ISAs, pensions and life insurance investment bonds) and funds which advisers use to build client investment portfolios. Portfolio valuations, purchases and sales are all supported via Transact Online which is available 24/7. Transact's parent company, IntegraFin Holdings plc, is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 index.

We have been rated the number one investment platform in independent surveys conducted by CoreData and Investment Trends for 11 consecutive years (2010-2020). We once again topped major categories including Overall Satisfaction, Investment Capabilities and Adviser Support Services in the 2020 Investment Trends survey. We are proud to have been voted Platform of the Decade at the 2016 UK Platform Awards, and in 2017 we won eight awards including FT Adviser's 5 Star Investment and Investment Innovation award. In 2018 our awards included Platforum's Best Adviser Platform over £10bn, as well as Professional Paraplanner's Best Platform and Best Overall Service - Existing Business awards. In 2019 we were awarded Professional Adviser's Best Platform for Advisers (AUA over £20bn), Professional Paraplanner's Best Platform award as well as FT Adviser's 5 Star Investment Provider award. For 2020 we were awarded a Platinum Platform Rating by Adviser Asset (which we also received in 2019 and 2018). We have also received the Platinum Platform Rating by Adviser Asset so far in 2021.
