Senior Investment Director

We are currently representing a boutique Private Equity Fund who focus on SME investing. It is an equity investor, focused on supporting growing businesses through development capital, MBO and equity release transactions.

Due to very strong growth and investment appetite, they are seeking an Investment Professionals to join the team.

Your Requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant equity investment experience
• A demonstrable track record of equity deals that you have led and managed
• Experience of working with and supporting growing SMEs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, financial and commercial skills
• An ambition to develop and manage a portfolio of investments

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, structure and negotiate new Investment opportunities
• Work with the investee companies (existing portfolio and new) through to exit
• Be a natural networker with the ability to develop and nurture relationships with management teams
• Have a strong knowledge of the UK SME space
