Alter Domus is currently seeking a new Program Manager to join our Data and Analytics team at our London or remote office.

  • Manage the program for large complex client product builds and implementations, including internal programs and development
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed on progress across multiple workstreams and escalate if timelines are at risk
  • Develop regular external and internal reporting materials and cadence, tracking key deliverables and product delivery
  • Support ongoing product development of data and analytics products
  • Regularly report on team and release progress using internal tools
  • Set up and lead Agile ceremonies
  • Work with the implementation lead and product managers to estimate delivery timelines following agile principles
  • Ensure transparency internally across groups on expected delivery timelines and scope of work
  • Coordinate to meet objectives with global vendor partners
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships across teams, departments, divisions, and vendors
  • Recommend improvements to strategy, processes, plans and future opportunities with a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Obtain sufficient information to make well-informed and substantiated decisions
  • Manage and track project budget and ongoing costs
  • Experience with technical platforms and general understanding of IT concepts such as cloud environments, APIs and data pipelines
  • Design and populate reports and presentations
  • Experience in agile program management and/or delivery of software platform implementation programs, preferably in financial services
  • Excellent project management experience, ideally in IT infrastructure, technology and/or IT security related projects
  • Collaborative and team-oriented leader comfortable managing client relationships and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Capable of managing competing priorities effectively and working across multiple teams and internal groups
  • Experience interfacing with customers (internal and external)
  • Proficient in PPT, Excel and Jira
  • Reports at appropriate level of detail based on the audience
  • Pragmatic, organized, detail-oriented, quality and client-focused
  • Leader able to adapt to team and user needs meeting project goals, objectives and deliverables
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly across departments and to senior management on status, risks, and key milestones
  • Consistently deliver on commitments, taking ownership and overcoming obstacles in complex situations and a changing environment
