Description
Responsible for all portfolio management related matters for designated clients of the business unit, with a main focus on traditional PFI transactions
First point of contact for clients and external stakeholders
Attendance of lenders and client meetings and relevant conferences
Performing market research and conducting company-, business- and financial-analysis
Assessing performance of existing loans by conducting semi-annual review analysis
Dealing with waiver and amendment requests and negotiating relevant legal documentation
Discussing reviews, waivers and amendments with Credit Risk Management
Coordination of internal procedures for existing loans, including internal rating systems, Know Your Customer and other systems
Profile
Relevant experience with a finance, business management, economics or engineering based degree
Preferably relevant experience in the Infrastructure and Renewables with a focus on PFI transactions
Knowledge of financial and project documentation structures
Strong credit analysis skills
Capable of working well within a multi-disciplined team
Ability to work on and take responsibility for several projects simultaneously
