The Investment Management Assistant will take responsibility for the following duties:
  • Manage and administrate client portfolios.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide support to the Account Director as needed.
  • Ensure ongoing investment and administrative compliance across client bases through dashboard monitoring.
  • Ensure client portfolios reflect client objectives and investment policy by reviewing tactical allocations.
  • Prepare private client meeting packs, presentations, and valuations.

Investment Management Assistant will meet the following skillset:
  • IMC level 4 qualification or close to achieving this.
  • Strong organisational skills and effective portfolio management.
  • Possess high standard I.T skills and experience managing databases.
  • Maintain a professional manner and an energetic energy.
  • The ability to thrive in high pressure situations.
