Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and analysing financial records, controls reports, and other documentation from vendors/counterparties
- Meeting with vendors and counterparties to understand products and services
- Building and presenting high quality DD reports for presentation to senior management
- Reviewing and reconciling vendor invoices against complex contract documentation and internal reference information
What We're Looking For:
- Analyst-level experience in a leading Financial Services firm (bank, hedge fund, asset management, consulting, professional services)
- Understanding of some of Clearing, Prime Brokerage, Trade Operations, Custody, and Fund Admin processes
- Report writing skills, including high levels of competency in MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to process large volumes of data/documents to identify key information
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility with the motivation to adapt to change and a willingness to learn
What Would Be Useful:
- Previous audit or DD experience
- SQL programming
