Our client a global niche research firm focusing on current and future leveraged finance transactions, is looking hire a New York qualified Capital Markets/ High Yield Bonds lawyer into their prestigious and high performing team. This role will be located in London, and will work closely with their New York team, reporting directly into their global head of research.

This role will provide a rare opportunity for a strong capital markets lawyer to make the move in-house into a dynamic role involving writing research that is consumed by a broad spectrum of high yield market participants including investment funds, law firms and sell-side financial institutions. This role will be intellectually stimulating, deconstructing complex transactions, and providing market leading analysis for some of the largest asset managers and funds across the globe.

Requirements

-You will be a New York qualified lawyer, with ideally 7 years post qualified experience.

-You will have experience in US Capital Markets/ High Yield bonds.
