HR Advisor
An exciting role supporting the EMEA Advisory team with a special focus on Ireland and UK as well as other EMEA locations. Under moderate guidance, delivers and executes a full spectrum of HR solutions and services to a specified internal client group.
  • Working closely with Senior Advisors and other Stakeholders supporting the execution and delivery of HR solutions of core COE-designed processes including Talent and Development, Compensation & Mobility, Employee Relations, Sickness management, M&A and Special Projects for UK and Ireland with scope to support other locations.
  • Work includes but not limited to moderately complex support of Year-End Compensation Planning, Annual Talent review and Succession planning, Performance Management and Manager Feedback across UK and Ireland and daily activities such as assisting with development plans, probation extensions, absence management etc.
  • They would act as an escalation point for HR Admin teams in relation to complex queries coming into Admin teams providing support and guidance. Supporting with the likes of policy interpretation, sickness management, managerial support etc.
  • Intake and triage within set guidelines on sensitive and non-complex Employee Relations cases, manager inquiries, sickness linked to ER cases etc.
  • Supporting in the delivery of adhoc reporting & analysis, M&A work and special projects.

  • Modified based upon local regulations/requirements.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Relevant years of progressive related experience preferred with demonstrated success in Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, or Total Rewards Planning.
