Workplace Investment Proposition Manager

Meraki Talent is currently looking to recruit an Investment Proposition Manager to join one of our leading Life and Pension clients in Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the Investment Director and take on a leadership role within the Proposition area of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of a number of Investment Proposition initiatives.
• Supporting investment-related conversations with a number of 3rd parties related to the Propositions team.
• Lead the development of initiatives to drive growth in existing propositions.
• Developing proposals using competitor analysis.
• Lead the development of new fund propositions.
• Supporting sales teams with investment conversations to help achieve targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in investment-related areas of financial services.
• Able to present to senior stakeholders and external audiences.
• Proposition management and governance.
• Able to deliver projects/initiatives successfully.
