Investment associate, European Growth Private Equity Fund

We are now working a very successful, growth private equity fund based in London.

They invest in already successful tech/ software focused businesses.

They are now looking for an Investment Associate to join their team.

The role will involve:

Full member of the deal execution team.

Performing financial due diligence on new private company investments

Performing valuation analysis to support new private company investments

Deal execution as principle

Working on asset management and board observer

They are very interested in meeting a professional who will have a background as follows:

Private Equity professionals at the Senior Analyst / Associate level

Investment bankers looking to move into private equity

Excellent financial modelling skills

Ideally, you will be fluent in 2 European languages
