On behalf of Deutsche Bank, AMS are now looking for a Workday Reporting & Analytics Lead to work in their London or Birmingham based on an initial 6 month contract on a PAYE basis.

Overview of the role:

The Senior Workday Reporting & Analytics Lead is required to support the ongoing initiatives within the Workforce Strategy & Analytics team. The team is looking to increase the uptake on the Workday reporting features, especially for senior stakeholders.

Essential Skills required
  • Proven experience in working with advanced reports - matrix and composite
  • Hands on experience in working with multiple Product Owners to create senior management dashboards
  • Very good understanding of Workday security model - should be comfortable in navigating through complicated intersection based security setup to be able to come up with out of the box solution for reporting,
  • Experience with Discovery Board and Worksheets
  • Any experience with Workday Prism or Adaptive Insights in desirable
  • Adaptable - able to adjust in a fast changing environment
