A leading real estate investment company are looking for a Sustainability Manager to join their diverse team of experts. The successful candidate will aid in the delivery of an impactful sustainability strategy and the management of all environmental aspects of ESG.

Duties

• Be instrumental in the preparation of all ESG framework submissions and responses.
• Manage all environmental reporting across the diverse and impressive adverts.
• Collaborate with auditors to carry out assurance processes.
• Monitor the progress of Sustainability initiatives.
• Keep up to date with ESG market knowledge and ensure the team is informed of regulatory advancements.
• Liaise and support key business functions such as the investment team, treasury team, risk management, and the sustainability committee.
• Gather data in response to ad hoc requests, award submissions or for covering key metrics.
• Recognise ESG best practice opportunities to initiate change.
• Undertake data checks and monitor the use of sustainability data used in reports and accounts.
• Cooperate with colleagues to finalise data submissions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the ESG/Sustainability sector, preferably within Real Estate.
• Experience managing various projects.
• Proficient analytical skills and experience working with data.
• An understanding of ESG reporting frameworks.
• Strong computer skills.
• Familiarity with GRESB submissions, environmental software and sustainability best practice standards is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in sustainability and social value reporting is advantageous.
