Who we are looking for
The Service Quality & Product Assurance Team provides leadership and oversight across the global transformation and standardisation program, driving service uplift and better outcomes for our Clients. The role will report directly into the Global Lead and will would closely with Regional Leads to drive business execution.

What you will be responsible for
  • Lead and assist relevant business and shared service teams in the delivery of complex organizational design, operating model or process change programmes/projects
  • Report on progress, issues and challenges to key stakeholders and senior management on a regular basis in a constructive, solutions-focused manner
  • Provide consultancy and drive the team's strategy to optimize and standardize operational processes in line with the Global organizational objectives. Be proactive in communications with senior management to drive required solutions
  • Be able to drive quantifiable and qualitative analysis including but not limited, process efficiency, productivity review, quality assurance etc.
  • Be responsible for end to end delivery of process improvement recommendations and implementation
  • Assist in developing and implementing new workflow approaches and methods as well as system enhancements
  • Manage Global Project Teams built from various stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery with desired outcomes
  • Lead planning, execution and management of assigned projects; ensure proper risk management framework is established and followed
  • Standardise monthly management reporting for Global Grp

What we value
These skills will help you succeed in this role
  • 7 - 10+ years of relevant industry experience - financial services experience with Custody, and other Back Office experience preferred
  • Project management experience in large complex programs or projects
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or in a Team environment
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and be responsible for 1 or more tasks / projects
  • Strong communication and relationship management and team skills

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Business or Finance major preferred
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Technical Related:
  • PC Skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Project, SharePoint
  • Presentation Development
  • PMP Certification (considered beneficial, but not required)

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
